MTN-033 has completed enrollment.

MTN is excited to announce that MTN-033 has completed enrollment. The Phase 1 study was designed to evaluate and compare the pharmacokinetics of dapivirine gel administered rectally by two methods – an applicator and a coital simulation device. The study included 16 participants at a site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The study results are anticipated in mid-2019.
